Our aim is to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been successfully submitted, we will process it within a week. Once it is on its way, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information, as well as an estimated delivery date from our delivery partner.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to circumstances such as distance, local holidays and any other external factors beyond the control of SynTesla and the carrier.
In addition, during promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.

Once your purchase has been confirmed, you will receive a notification with a summary of your order and a tracking number. All you have to do is use this number on the carrier site you chose when you placed your order.
